Dr. Matt Roberts is a staff urologist with the Division of Urology at The Ottawa Hospital. He is also the Residency Program Director for the Division of Urology. He completed his urology residency at The Univeristy of Ottawa and went on to complete a fellowship in male reproductive medicine and surgery at the University of Toronto. During his fellowship, he also completed a Master’s degree in Education. He is a leader in Competency By Design curriculum development for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. His practice includes the assessment and management of male infertility as well as the assessment and management of many men’s health conditions.  He also has a full general urology practice including stones, GU malignancies, and BPH.   His research interests focus on surgical education and on the management of men’s health conditions. He is an active Program Director - both in keeping the residency program highly organized and efficient, but also in his love of long distance running and cycling.
