Dr. Macarena Costabel is a pediatric urologist from Bahia Blanca, Argentina. She completed her medical degree at Universidad Nacional del Sur and specialized in improving the lives of young patients here at CHEO! She enjoys working with a dedicated team of colleagues in Ottawa, where she finds the collaborative and supportive environment particularly rewarding. Outside of work, Dr. Macarena Costabel is a keen reader, movie lover, and enjoys hiking and camping. A fun fact is she loves puzzles, traditional Argentinian candy and a good home cooked BBQ meat!
